Indian Creek High High School

obtains the Morrill scholarship

WINTERSVILLE – Madolyn McDonald, Indian Creek High School, received the Morrill Scholarship for four years of free education at Ohio State University.

Daughter of Dr. Robert and Dr. Nicole McDonald of Steubenville, she is a Gold Key Honor student, member of the National Honor Society and will graduate in the top 10 of her class.

She will attend the OSU in the fall on a pre-medical track, with a major in biology and a minor in music.

CHESTER – The Chester-Newell Sportsmen Club will kick off its 24th annual Ohio River catfish tournament on Saturday.
