Google's Pixel smartphones are well known for their prowess in photography, but they are less well regarded when it comes to capturing videos.
That could very well change, however, with a new disassembly of the latest APK camera (Android package) revealing some interesting information about what Google is apparently planning for the Pixel video mode.
According to cstark27 of XDA Developers, there is evidence in the Google Camera 7.4 APK to suggest that the search giant is finally going to bring a feature that is still missing in its 4K video from Pixel smartphones at 60 frames per second.

Julio Lusson from the YouTube channel TecnoLike Plushas provided XDA developers with the APK, which is believed to have been obtained from one of the first Pixel 4a devices.
Before long, cstark27 spotted the code for a mode “ camcorder.4k60fps & amp; # 39; in the APK, however, no resource or resource assigned to the alleged mode has yet been discovered.
At the moment, it is not known which Pixel model the new mode is intended for, nor if it will even end up making it a live version.
