Actor Mike Heslin, best known for his role in Taylor Sheridans Special Operations: Lioness, died at the age of 30.

Heslin had suffered an unexpected cardiac event and was admitted to hospital for a week before dying on July 2.

Audiences will recognize Helin as Polo, a role he played in two episodes of the first season of Special Operations: Lioness in 2023. The show, created by Yellowstone writer Sheridan, also starred Zoe Saldana and Nicole Kidman.

Heslin also had a role in the Lifetime movie The Holiday Proposal Plan last year, and Influencers in 2020. Before that, in 2016, he made an appearance in the Paramount+ series Youngerstarring Hilary Duff.

The news of her death was announced by her husband, Nicolas James Wilson, known as Scotty Dynamo on social media.

Michael was young, perfectly healthy, and doctors have no explanation for what happened, Wilson wrote alongside images of him and Heslin, including photos from their wedding in November last year.

Wilson recalled how the late actor single-handedly helped me through several phases of cancer.

He then revealed that the couple, who have been married for eight months, were planning to start a family.

Just a week ago, we were about to start a family and we were regularly sharing our favorites. [sic] names for our future children, he said.

Wilson then praised Heslin, calling him the most generous and giving person, noting the fact that he had been an organ donor.
