Man stabbed on Santa Monica Boulevard near West Hollywood nightclub
A man would have been stabbed The incident happened in West Hollywood early Monday morning on Santa Monica Boulevard near Hi Tops WeHo. The victim was too intoxicated to describe the suspect or provide much information after a night of drinking Sunday night.
The attack was reported around 1:15 a.m. According to reports, West Hollywood sheriff's deputies and Los Angeles Fire Department first responders arrived at the 8900 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, where they found a man who had been stabbed in the left side of his rib cage.
He was conscious when first responders found him and his injuries were not believed to be life-threatening. The man was taken to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries and is expected to recover.
The investigation into the events that occurred last night is ongoing. Investigators must wait until the man has calmed down before obtaining a specific police report.
