Ten candidates for membership in the KPK supervisory board submitted to Jokowi | INITIATED
The Selection Committee (Pansel) of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Steering and Supervisory Board submitted 10 names of candidates for the composition of the 2024-2029 Supervisory Board to President Joko Jokowi Widodo, Tuesday October 1, 2024.
Muhammad Yusuf Ateh, chairman of the selection committee, said the final decision was based on the results of all stages of the selection process.
“This decision is final and cannot be challenged,” Yusuf said Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
The list of candidates was submitted to Jokowi in the waiting room of Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base in East Jakarta as the president prepared to fly to East Nusa Tenggara for a working visit .
From these names, President Jokowi will choose five members of the Supervisory Board for the next five years.
Here is a brief profile of the 10 candidates for the KPK supervisory board:
- Benny Jozua Mamoto Retired police officer with the rank of Inspector General, currently Executive Chairman of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas).
- Chisca Mirawati Founder of the law firm Chisca Mirawati, Kanya & Partners, specializing in banking and financial law.
- Elly Fariani Member of the audit committee of state-owned fertilizer producer PT Pupuk Indonesia and former inspector general of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics.
- Gusrizal Head of the South Kalimantan High Court, formerly serving at the Aceh High Court and Bogor District Court.
- Hamdi Hassyarbaini Former Director of Supervision of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, currently President Director of Sentra Bitwewe Indonesia.
- Heru Kreshna Reza Senior Auditor at the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) and Independent Commissioner at PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo).
- Mirwazi A senior police officer with the rank of Senior Superintendent, currently head of law enforcement and intelligence at the Aceh branch of the National Narcotics Agency (NNA).
- Iskandar Mz Former investigator at the Corruption Directorate of the National Police Directorate, with the rank of Principal Commissioner.
- Summpeno Former judge of the Bali High Court, also a candidate for Supreme Court leadership in 2019.
- Wisnu Baroto Former head of the South Sumatra Prosecutors' Office, who also served as special advisor to the Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes.
