Elon Women's Tennis is back home this weekend for the second autumn tournament
Elon, NC The Elon women's tennis team returns to the courts this weekend by hosting the Elon Invitational on Friday and Saturday at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Complex. The Phoenix welcomes Appalachian State, Coastal Carolina, Liberty and Queens for the two-day event.
The Elon women's tennis team would like to express their sincere gratitude that Appalachian State is able to participate in the program this weekend following the catastrophic impacts of Hurricane Helene. Many colleges and universities in Western North Carolina are experiencing campus damage, closed roads and a lack of power and basic amenities. The women's tennis program suggests making a donation at this time:
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
- The matches on Friday and Saturday start at 10am and the weekend consists of three rounds of doubles and three rounds of singles.
- There are no live stats or live video stream for the tournament.
