Modi in Maharashtra: PM to inaugurate Aarey JVLR to BKC section of Mumbai Metro on October 5. View the full program
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Maharashtra on Saturday and launch various initiatives, including inauguration of Aarey JVLR on BKC section of Mumbai Metro Line 3, Phase 1.
During his visit ahead of the National Assembly elections, Modi will launch various initiatives related to agriculture and livestock sector in Washim. In Mumbai, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of the Navi Mumbai Airport Notified Area of Influence (NAINA) project.

Washim
Around 11:15 a.m.the Prime Minister will visit Washim and take darshan at Jagdamba Mata Temple, Poharadevi. Later, he will also pay homage to the Samadhis of Sant Sevalal Maharaj and Sant Ramrao Maharaj in Washim.
At 11:30 a.m.Modi will inaugurate the Banjara Virasat Museum, celebrating the rich heritage of the Banjara community.
At 12 p.m.Modi will launch several initiatives related to the agriculture and livestock sector worth around 23,300 billion.
The Prime Minister will disburse the 18th tranche of PM-KISAN Samman Nidhi worth approximately 20,000 crore to around 9.4 crore farmers.
The Prime Minister will dedicate five solar parks with a total capacity of 19 MW across Maharashtra under Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0. During the program, he will also honor the beneficiaries of the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana.
Thane
At 4 p.m.Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of various development projects worth over 32,800 crore in Thane.
The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of the Thane Integral Ring Metro Rail project, which will be constructed at a cost of approximately 12,200 billion.
He will also lay the foundation stone for the extension of the Eastern Elevated Expressway from Chheda Nagar to Anand Nagar, worth approx. 3,310 million.
Besides, Modi will also lay the foundation stone of Thane Municipal Corporation, which will be constructed at a cost of around 700 million.
Bombay
Around 6 p.m.from BKC Metro station, Modi will signal the planned metro train to connect BKC to Aarey JVLR.
It will also travel by metro between BKC and Santacruz stations.
This section will have 10 stations, including 9 underground. Line 3, fully operational, is expected to accommodate around 12 lakh passengers per day.
The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of Phase 1 of the Navi Mumbai Airport Notified Area of Influence (NAINA) project, worth approximately 2,550 million.
