79.6% of rural communities are satisfied with the performance of the Jokowi government

Jakarta: People satisfied with the government of Joko Widodo (Jokowi) live more in rural areas. As many as 79.6 percent of rural residents are satisfied with the government of Joko Widodo (Jokowi).
Rural communities were dissatisfied with the Jokowi government's performance by 19.2 percent and 1.2 percent did not respond. Then, 70.4 percent of urban residents were satisfied with the performance of the Jokowi government and 29.6 percent were dissatisfied.

A total of 15.04 percent of respondents said they were very satisfied with Jokowi's performance, 59.92 percent of respondents said they were somewhat satisfied, 20.21 percent were not not satisfied, 4.23 percent were not satisfied at all and 0.60 percent of respondents did not respond.
“The majority is 75 percent satisfied with President Joko Widodo's (Jokowi) performance,” he said.
Meanwhile, satisfaction with President Jokowi's performance over the past 10 years shows an increasing trend compared to the first period 2014-2019 and the second period 2019-2024. “The trend of satisfaction with President Jokowi's performance shows an increasing trend,” he said.
This survey covered 3,540 respondents from the 11 largest provinces in Indonesia from September 22 to 29, 2024. Sample collection used the multistage random sampling method. The margin of error is approximately 2.3 percent with a 95 percent confidence level.
