Netanyahu recommits to responding to Iranian missile attack
JERUSALEM
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu once again pledged to respond to Iran's retaliatory missile attacks on October 1, saying his country had the “right” to do so.
In a televised speech Saturday evening, Netanyahu reiterated that Israel would respond to the Iranian attack.

Hezbollah and Israel have been engaged in a cross-border war since the start of Israel's war on Gaza, which killed more than 41,800 people, mostly women and children, following an attack by the Palestinian group Hamas in last October.
Since then, Israeli attacks have left at least 2,036 people killed, more than 9,500 injured and 1.2 million others displaced, according to Lebanese authorities.
The international community has warned that Israeli attacks in Lebanon could turn the Gaza conflict into a wider regional war.
