The 2024 Victorian State Mastersthe top junior event on Victoria's junior tennis calendar, will bring together the state's brightest young players at the Bendigo Regional Tennis Center from December 14 to 17. The invitation-only tournament will feature competitors who have excelled on the 2024 Junior Tour, making it a significant milestone in the Victorian junior player journey.
With Bendigo as the tournament venue, tennis fans will witness exciting matches as players compete in the 12/U, 14/U and 16/U age groups. The event features a 32-player draw for 12/U and 14/U boys and girls, and a 16-player draw for 16/U boys and girls. To qualify, players must meet the standards of the National Championships, with invitations based on the 2024 Junior Tour points allocation. These invitations, which will be distributed in mid-November, mark a long-awaited opportunity for Victoria's young stars to showcase their hard-earned skills to demonstrate.

In addition, the future stars of Victorian tennis will also compete for national titles at the 16/h and 18/h Australian Championships with the Progress series Masters,and the prestigious event will also be held in Bendigo for the first time Saturday 7 to Sunday 15 December 2024.
While also competing for national titles, the overall winner of the 16/Australian Championships will be awarded a wildcard into the main draw singles for the Australian Open 2025 Junior Championships. Meanwhile, the singles winners of the Australian 18/u Championships will receive a qualifying singles wildcard into an Australian Pro Tour event in 2025.
The Progress Series Masters event offers a total of $30,000 in prize money, bringing together the top 16 players from the 2024 Progress Series prize money race.
The 16/h and 18/h Australian Championships, Progress Series Masters and Victorian State Masters promise to be memorable events, combining high-level competition with community support. It is the final junior tournament of the year, providing a fitting end to a competitive season and a springboard for the state's most promising players.
