Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Sher Afzal Marwat on Monday said jailed founder Imran Khan's “all is well” statement had caused “some damage” to the party's efforts to hold negotiations with the government .

“The circumstances under which Khan made this statement after the formation of the negotiating committee caused some damage. I think it made the negotiating committee worthless. This is my personal opinion,” Marwat said.

The PTI leader made the comments while speaking on Geo News show 'Aaj Shazeb Khanzada Kay Sath' days after the jailed PTI founder formed a committee to negotiate with the federal government.

However, Khan on Thursday expressed his displeasure with his party leadership for not strategizing to protest at D Chowk and raised questions about the environment outside the jail.
