China to organize high-level talks with Russia, Iran on sanctions, the nuclear and JCPOA agreement abandoned in the United States

Beijing talks follow Irans' squarely rejection of a new American proposal for nuclear negotiations. Last week, Trump confirmed that he had sent a letter to Khamenei through the United Arab Emirates (Water), exhorting Tehran to return to the negotiation table.
The letter would have warned Iran of two choices: “militarily, or you conclude an agreement.”
However, Khamenei quickly rejected the offer, describing it as a ploy to deceive world opinion. Addressing a group of university students, he said:
