Belarus protests: Workers boo Lukashenko as election unrest spreads – BBC News

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has denounced workers on a visit to a factory out of anger over his controversial election. The workers “left” and raped the long-time leader of the Soviet state after he allegedly did not give a new vote after allegations of voting fraud. The strike action spread to the television state, with workers walking on Monday. The opposition candidate, Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, has proposed that he be able to act as interim leader. Violence against police by opposition supporters and alleged polls in the August 9 vote sparked a major protest in the capital Minsk on Sunday. Lukashenko has been leading Belarus since 1994, maintaining close relations with Russia’s neighbors, as Belarus has a strong link to energy supply. #BBCOS #BBCOutsideSource Please subscribe HERE .
