Three of men’s and women’s tennis named CSC Academic All-District
ROCHESTER, NY – Three RIT tennis players were named 2025-26 Academic All-District® honorees, as selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC). Junior Kira Kronenberg and sophomores Emily Greb were honored on the women’s side and sophomores Alexander Sinclair was the honor of the men.
Sinclair, a finance major, has a 3.6 grade point average. Sinclair was a First Team All-Liberty League Doubles selection. Him and partner Yu Tanimoto led the league with 18 wins. Sinclair and Tanimoto, a Liberty League All-Academic selection, led the league with a 15-3 record at first doubles, earning an automatic bid to the 2026 NCAA Division III Championship.
Kronenberg has an average of 3.79 in the major subjects of interior design and psychology. Kronenberg was an honorable mention All-Liberty League Singles selection. She posted an 11–10 record in singles and finished ninth in the Liberty League with a winning percentage of .429. Kronenberg, a two-time Liberty League All-Academic selection, tied for fourth with six wins in second singles. Kronenberg, a second-team doubles selection, posted a 10-7 record.
Greb has a 3.83 grade point average in software engineering. Greb finished with 10 wins in singles competition. An honorable mention All-Liberty League selection, Greb finished eighth in the league with a .429 winning percentage. She teamed with Kronenberg to earn Second Team All-Liberty League Doubles honors.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® men’s and women’s tennis teams recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined achievements on the court and in the classroom. Eligible student-athletes must participate in or start at least 66 percent of an institution’s games, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, and achieve sophomore athletic and academic status at the school.
