Twitter tagged a video promoted by Steve Scalise (R-LA) House Minority Whip about Joe Biden’s “manipulated content” about police funding. Scalise then deleted the tweet. The video features Ady Barkan, who has ELA, and a picture of a conversation she uses using her artificial computer voice and Biden. #CNN #Notes
