Blackburn and Darwen continue to be the highest percentages in the UK, with 1,176 new cases recorded in the seven days to 23 October. This is equivalent to 785.6 cases per 100,000 people.

This is an increase from 526.4 cases per 100,000 cases in the 7 days until October 16.
