US election results: Trump sues for narrow victory over Biden – BBC News

Donald Trump and Joe Biden say they are ahead in the U.S. presidential election, even though the end result is hanging on the edge of the razor and both sides are ready for legal action. Trump’s campaign challenges the number of votes in major states in Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Michigan. The BBC project was won by Mr Biden in Michigan. The U.S. media predicted that he would take over Wisconsin. No results have been found yet in Pennsylvania. Winning these three states of the Rust Belt would give Mr. Biden a victory. The Democratic nominee is also currently the leader in Nevada and Arizona, and is closing the gap between himself and Mr. Trump while the Georgian count continues.
