WHO and CDC use exactly the same safety protocol for mRNA as other vaccines. They are accelerating development by endangering money, not life.
The mRNA vaccine is a very clean vaccine. They do nothing to the DNA of the cell. They are instructions for making protein spikes, your body repels the spikes, the mRNA and spikes are gone, and all that remains is a memory of how to fight the disease.
Spikes cannot infect themselves, so they do no harm. It is necessary to attach the virus. No instructions are needed to instruct the cells to increase spikes. Therefore, when the original mRNA is gone and the spikes are gone, nothing remains except a memory of how to fight them.
This is how the mRNA vaccine works, basically it is taken up by cells, rereading the mRNA instructions and using them to create large numbers of viral spikes. mRNA is not replicated-it is not a virus in itself. This is just a series of instructions. However, each strand of mRNA can make many spikes.
Vaccine developers need to be aware of autoimmune reactions. This is the result of your body’s reaction to spikes, which can also occur as a reaction to natural viruses.
This is Catalin Calico, who has found a way for the body to take up mRNA without destroying it.
David, you play a big role in this.Conducted the first mRNA transfection study and published it together https://t.co/9JuQDWmb9c You have saved me many times after I was demoted from teaching status and dismissal. Thank you for believing in me and mRNA! https://t.co/5YMY97P3fk

This is a picture of her in 1980, when a PhD student is chemically synthesizing RNA.
However, she found that mRNA provokes an inflammatory response when injected.
In 2004 she found a solution. This is a method of modifying one of the genetic code chemicals (nucleoside) to alter the mRNA so that the body does not react to it.
It was a “big” ah! At that moment, I felt okay. This is very important. “
She published a treatise in 2005. This is the key to Biontech and Moderna developing the COVID-19 vaccine in 2020.

Later, there were several other scientists who discovered how to use mRNA to create vaccines and set up Moderna (the name stands for “modified RNA”). This was a company founded solely to make mRNA vaccines.
The complete story is here.
.. mRNA Story: From loose ideas to tools that help control Covid
All of these vaccines are targeted by AFAIK for spikes, so this should be checked for any of these vaccines.
Spikes are made in a manner similar to the proteins needed by the body, and are made by injecting spikes or viruses with those spikes or by having the body make spikes-no matter how-the spikes line. You need to be careful to provoke an immune system reaction that attacks natural proteins in your own body.
This can be addressed by carefully checking the spiked proteins to make sure they do not provoke these reactions.
This is especially about vaccines that use spikes, not mRNA vaccines. Vaccine developers have this in mind, and WHO and the CDC will have it in their reviews.
This explains the problem:
“The degree of molecular mimicry between SARS-CoV-2 and the human proteome should be carefully analyzed as an essential step in advance of vaccine formulation. In fact, due to the commonality of pathogens and host peptides, vaccination Potential results It may consist of specific autoimmune reactions that are self-antigens such as alveolar surfactor protein that have already been analyzed. Only peptide sequences that are unique to the virus are safe and of a particular vaccination protocol. Can represent the basis.
This is one of the things that WHO, the US CDC, etc. will consider. We have a lot of experience with vaccines and learn more every 10 years.
Experts need to respond appropriately as to why and how to ensure that there is no risk of such an autoimmune reaction. But surely, they don’t approve it until they pass all the necessary safety tests, whatever they are.
It is important to understand that Pfizer currently only seeks urgent approval.
So far, there are 6 months of data on Phase 1 trials of many vaccines. By the time they approve this, there will be mid-to-two months of vaccination in Phase 3 (from the time half vaccinated).
This is sufficient for emergency use approval for use in the most endangered people. The first thousands, tens of thousands, and in some cases hundreds of thousands, are actually “Phase 4” exams and extensions of Phase 3. Almost the same as Phase 3, but all are vaccinated and have no placebo branches. It focuses on things like safety and is also the best way to manage it.
One of the remaining major questions is is it possible to give it as a single dose? If so, how? This is the type that can be investigated in Phase 4 after an emergency license and, in fact, after final approval. They continue to work on this and, after approval, learn the best ways to use the vaccine.
For final approval, the FDA will require six months from the midpoint of Phase 3. If it’s correct, it’s March.
However, there are already 6 months since Phase 1.
Huge amount of safety data compared to regular Phase 3 trials
Not only that, there is a large amount of data. Trials with tens of thousands of vaccinations. Also, unusually, there are many vaccine candidates for the same disease, with only minor differences.
There are nearly 50 vaccines in clinical trials and 11 vaccines in Phase 3. As of this writing, the Phase 3 key endpoints are already complete.
- There are no serious disadvantages from any of the exams
Of the 11 in Phase 3, 7 specifically present spikes to our body in different ways, and 4 are inactivated viruses.
Phase 3 vaccines that present spikes as mRNA are:
Novavax then presents the spike itself as a nanoparticle, which attaches it to the adenovirus.
- AstraZeneca (UK)
- Cansino (China)
- Gamelaya (Russia)
- Janssen (Belgium)
Then there are three inactivated viruses from China and one inactivated virus from India.

Video about this article
The video explains that the spike itself is just a protein and cannot replicate because it does not contain RNA. This is an image of spikes:

The video also explains that mRNA cannot replicate either. Although messenger RNA is produced by DNA, it cannot replicate on its own in normal mammalian cells. Cells can replicate DNA, but RNA cannot.
Therefore, RNA viruses need to create their own replication machine. This figure outlines how the SARS-CoV2 virus hijacks cells and replicates itself.
I don’t know what that means. I just want you to know how complicated it is. If you are a biologist and would like to see more details, you can find it here.

Obviously, mRNA cannot do this or spike.
