European Parliament approves Brexit deal – BBC News

Members of the European Parliament have fully endorsed the conditions for the UK to leave the EU.

MEPs confirm Brexit deal against 621 votes in a shocking debate in Brussels on 49.

Following the vote, MEPs marked the UK’s departure by singing Auld Lang Syne.

Several British MEPs said they expect the UK to return someday, even as Eurosceptics, including Brexit party’s Nigel Farage, use their recent talks to violate the EU.

The UK has to leave the bloc on Friday from 11pm to 11pm.
