Liverpool north Wales: Close to a regional line – BBC News

The National Crime Agency says the “scale and scope of the threat” of regional lines are increasing. Urban drug groups are expanding cocaine and heroin crack markets to smaller towns. Often teenagers use drugs as runners and as vulnerable addicts to provide housing to deal with – a process called cuckooing.
