LATAM Airlines returns to the New York Stock Exchange for the first time since 2020

LATAM Airlines SA Group (New York Stock Exchange: LTM) announced on Thursday the reopening and relisting of its ADR program on the New York Stock Exchange. The relisting occurred following the pricing of a secondary public offering by certain shareholders to sell 19,000,000 ADSs. The ADSs represent 2,000 ordinary shares of LATAM, priced at $24 per ADS. The ADSs began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday under the symbol LTM.

The company returned to the New York Stock Exchange after delisting in June 2020 after entering a Chapter 11 restructuring process.

Regarding the secondary offering, LATAM (LTM) indicated that the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,850,000 ADSs at the initial public offering price. LATAM will not receive any proceeds from the sale of ADSs by the selling shareholders. The offering is expected to close on July 26, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
