HeartCores Go IPO Client BloomZ Begins Trading on Nasdaq Stock Exchange

(BloomZ), a leading enterprise software and consulting services company based in Tokyo, announced that its Go IPO client, BloomZ Inc. (BloomZ), has successfully commenced trading under the ticker symbol BLMZ on the Nasdaq Capital Market. HeartCore was compensated with an aggregate of $500,000 in upfront fees and warrants to acquire 4% of BloomZ’s common stock, on a fully diluted basis, totaling up to $2.08 million.

In accordance with the initial agreementThe Company assisted BloomZ throughout the listing process, including the audit process and hiring of a legal firm, translation of requested documents into English, assistance in preparing documentation for internal controls required for an initial public offering, provision of general support services, assistance in preparing the F-1 filing, and more.
