Nexstim Plc (NXTMH: HEX, NXTMS: STO) (“Nexstim” or “Company”) announces that following an in-depth review of the Company’s corporate strategy conducted in conjunction with the Board of Directors and management team, it now provides a strategy update covering the years 2020-2024 and also key strategic objectives for the first year of execution 2020.

Diagnostic objective: recurring revenue growth thanks to the existing strong installed base and new sales development mainly through strategic partnerships

• Scope of diagnosis: Further develop this technology around motor and voice mapping of the brain in selected diagnostic indications in selected markets (focus in US and EU) with major global hospitals:
  1. Preoperative planning for patients with difficult brain tumors and epilepsy
  2. Planning for Patients Undergoing Radiation Therapy for Brain Tumors

Objective of the therapy: Optimization of recurring revenue through the existing installed base and profitable growth of a new system in major depressive disorder (MDD) and chronic neuropathic pain. Launch of a new company for the indication of severe depression based on an accelerated therapy protocol.

• Scope of therapy: Leverage this platform technology around selected therapeutic indications in selected markets (focus in US and EU) with new and existing TMS service providers
  1. Treatment of MDD and severe depression
  2. Treatment of chronic neuropathic pain

Diagnostic and Therapeutic Benefits: These selected diagnostic and therapeutic applications represent indications in which:

Key strategic objectives for the year 2020

• Decrease operating loss by focusing on profitable revenue growth and strict management of operating expenses
• Launch two new pilot studies on the treatment of patients with severe depression and / or chronic pain with accelerated treatment protocols
• Develop and execute a deeper profitable partnership business model in key therapy markets with valuable partners
• Patient data log of more than 100 completed treatment sessions of patients with depression
• Continue to develop the reimbursement process for pre-surgical NBS mapping for the United States
