ORLANDO, FLORIDA – Florida has conducted 173,000 tests for the Corona virus so far.

Governor Ron Desantes said he hopes to complete 215,000 exams in the next seven days.

The current state number is one out of every 125 people tested, if Florida reaches 215,000 tests, this number will change to one in every 100 people.

18,494 people positive for COVID-19 in the state.

Among the people who took the test, about 10.7 percent had positive results for COVID-19.

DeSantis Governor noted that this situation was very difficult for everyone in Florida.

“We ask people to continue doing what they are doing and let’s overcome this as much as we can,” said Governor Ron Desantis.

Starting on Monday, the test will be expanded at the Florida Federal Testing Site.

Governor DeSantis said that any person who suffers from symptoms of coronaviruses regardless of age can be tested in the Orange County Convention.

He also said that a test could be done on a federal site who called a proven person for COVID-19.
