BREAKDOWN: Sooryavanshi issues resolved; The film will be released on all multiplexes and single screens in India on Friday November 5th! : Bollywood News

Bollywood Hungama has been at the forefront in giving information to readers regarding the struggle between manufacturers of Sooryavanshi and multiplexes. The producers of the star film by Akshay Kumar and directed by Rohit Shetty requested a 60% revenue share in the first week and also asked the theater owners to provide a maximum number of shows for their film. Theaters with 2 or less than 2 screens have been asked not to play Eternals, the big Hollywood movie that also comes out the same day as Sooryavanshi, November 5.

The industry expected these issues to be resolved by Monday or Tuesday. Surprisingly, the two sides were unable to reach common ground despite several meetings. Even today, which is Thursday, they had another round of meetings and it looked like the issue would not be resolved.

Meanwhile, moviegoers got restless as they wanted to see the film but realized that many theaters across the country had not opened selling tickets for the film.

Industry and commerce were prepared to conclude that Sooryavanshi would get a limited version tomorrow. However, at 10:30 p.m. today, Rohit Shetty posted an Instagram post announcing that they had managed to come up with a solution. He also indicated that he had been busy since morning reaching a consensus and because of which he did not even eat all day.
