The Ranveer Singh confronted Jayeshbhai Jordaar turns out to be a disaster of epic proportions as the movie dropped almost 50% on day 4, Monday. According to the first estimates, this YRF movie has collected in the range of Rs. 1.60 to 1.80 crores to bring the total collections to Rs. 13.70 crores.

Jayeshbhai Jordaar Box Office Estimate Day 4: Ranveer Singh star crashes in Jordaar on Monday; collects Rs. 1.70 crores

The decline was felt and it was more or less expected as the film was not appreciated by the public. In fact, it won’t be wrong to say that there was no interest among the public to watch this social comedy. Monday’s numbers indicate that it will be a downward trajectory going forward. The decline would have been even worse, but in some places it received little help due to the holidays due to Budh Purnima. In real terms, if not for holidays, collections are less than 1.50 crore.

The film will hit theaters by Friday 2nd, as collections are said to be in short supply by the end of this week. It’s a disaster, second in a row for Ranveer Singh, but hope is now on him to make a comeback with Rohit Shetty’s Circus. The film was flat on the opening weekend, showing minimal skipping on Saturday and Sunday and that in itself brought down the film’s curtains. It will end its run under the Rs. 20 crore mark thus emerging as the lowest-grossing Ranveer Singh film to date. While all hopes were pinned on the content, the film is also disappointing content-wise.
