Bardas Investment Group purchased Seward House, an Art Deco property built in the golden age of Hollywood, located in what is now known informally as the Hollywood Media District.

The investment and development company paid $ 23.4 million for the 13,000 square foot building located at 729 Seward Street, according to real estate documents. The seller was the developer of HQ Creative Office space.
