VIDEO: Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds launches fundraising drive to support Great Bear Rainforest

Vancouver star Ryan Reynolds supports the West Coast rainforest in a recent campaign called “Make Ryan Pay”.

The Deadpool actor links donations of up to $ 50,000 to the non-profit organization Pacific Wild, which focuses on preserving the Great Bear rainforest.

As of July 4, the campaign had already reached 75% of its target, according to the Pacific Wild website. The campaign continues until BC Day on August 3.

“It’s to make sure the rainforest I grew up with as a child will always be there,” said Reynolds in the video. “If you hated one of my movies, this is your chance to get even, make me pay for it.”
