Mumbai, July 5 (IANS) Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi went to social media to complain about receiving an exorbitant electricity bill, but then shared that his problem was resolved.
Arshad, in a tweet, had shared that Rs 1,03,564 had been debited from his account on July 5 for the electricity bill. He then shared an article about his paintings and asked everyone to buy it.
He tweeted: "People buy my paintings, I have to pay my electricity bill Adani, the kidneys keep for the next bill."
Later Sunday, Arshad shared that he had gotten a quick response from the power company and that his problem had been resolved.
"And yes, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Quick response to the problem @Adani_Elec_Mum solved. All you have to do is contact them ... thanks," he wrote.
