British Hollywood star denies request for sexual assault from massage therapists

A British Hollywood actor denied allegations of sexual assault made by a massage therapist.

The Sunday Times reported that an unnamed married star was interviewed by Scotland Yard last month about the alleged attack.

In a statement sent to the Palestinian Authority news agency, a spokesperson for the actor said he categorically denied any wrongdoing.

He added: Our client is aware of the allegations made.

Our client categorically denies any illegal conduct. He fully cooperates with the authorities.

The spokesperson said that due to the ongoing investigation, his client could no longer comment.

The Sunday Times reported that the alleged assault took place after a routine meeting at the actors’ workplace in London last fall, when he groped and rubbed against the therapists.

The woman told the newspaper that the incident had frozen her in shock and made her feel degraded.

The newspaper said that she had provided the actress with regular massages for several months and that the couple had developed a friendship and exchanged flirtatious texts.

She alleged that the actor tried to kiss him before a massage, and then after the treatment grabbed his waist while he was wearing an unbound robe.

The woman said she reported the matter to the police on January 30 after talking to family, friends and professional counselors, the Sunday Times reported.

In a statement to the Sunday Times, the metropolitan police said: On January 30, the police were informed of an allegation of sexual assault. A man was questioned with caution as part of the investigation. Investigations are continuing.
