Twitch streamer Lannia ‘Ohlana’ is said to have died at the age of 26. ‘Ohlana’ was a popular Twitch personality with over 100,000 followers on the streaming platform. The 26-year-old was best known in the community for his streaming games such as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Valorant. It seems like ‘Ohlana’ committed suicide after a battle with depression.
Fans were concerned about the safety of the streaming star after she posted a disturbing series of messages on social media.
“I cried, loved and shared so many good memories with so many of you who are still or have been in my life,” reads Ohlana’s last Instagram post.
“Thank you all for allowing me. I look back with admiration at all the opportunities that have been given to me in my life and I am grateful.
“From surviving video games to traveling the world on an impulse … but especially all the people I met during this race.”
The news led to an avalanche of fan and follower tributes.
“Hi everyone, Lannie passed away and is no longer with us. My condolences go out to her family. RIP,” tweeted one person.
