Actress Margot Robbie’s Golden Globes Dress Took Over 750 Hours to Create

Actress Margot Robbie looked stunning in a dusty pink, crystal-embellished dress from the shelves of Chanel. Ms. Robbie’s Chanel dress for the Golden Globes featured a textural bodice and voluminous bottom. Her red carpet dress required more than 750 hours of craftsmanship, reported vogue.

Margot was styled by Kate Young, and she worked closely with Chanel to create this custom look. Her custom-made flare dress featured light pink chantilly lace and silk tulle with a chevron pattern adorned with sequins, bugle beads and feather pinches, according to a report by Vogue.

The dress was also featured in Chanel’s fall 2022 haute couture collection.

Ms Young told Vogue: “We met in September in Paris when we were all at a photoshoot.”

According to Peoplethe dress incorporated 30,000 embroidery elements, including sequins, bugle beads and feathers.

Margot accessorized her look with a pair of 18k white gold and diamond earrings.

For makeup, Margot opted for natural makeup with pink lipstick and pink blush.

Margot was nominated for Best Actress (Musical/Comedy) for Babylon.

Margot Robbie will be seen in Greta Gerwig’s ‘Barbie’. While plot details have been kept under wraps, the film has Barbie and Ken stuck in the real world, where the former learns the difficulties of being a living woman.

Ryan Gosling, who plays longtime Barbie toy Ken, co-stars with Robbie in the film.

“Barbie” will be released in theaters on July 21, 2023.
