Noma co-founder Mads Refslund to cook up pop-up restaurant in Hollywood

Noma restaurant chef and co-founder Mads Refslund is coming to L.A. as part of curated Food as Art pop-up series with aster at Hollywood. Joint membership club and hotel will host Refslund on its rooftop restaurant and bar Lemon starting this Sunday, April 23 for a three-day, five-course dinner series for $225. Each meal will feature artistic dishes as well as at least one Chef Mads signature dish, with wine pairing options. Dinners can be booked via Resyif they are still available.
