The AGM notice and proxy form for the AGM are available on the Company’s website at https://ir.tencentmusic.com on May 22, 2023. The Board of Directors of the Company fully supports the proposed resolution and recommends that shareholders and holders of American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) vote in favor of the resolution.
