Bollywood actor’s mother Tiger Shroff cheated for 58.53 lakh; Full story

Ayesha Shroff, mother of Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff, has filed a police complaint alleging she was tricked 58.53 lakh by a kickboxer who worked as an operations manager at his son’s mixed martial arts (MMA) training company.

The accused, identified as Alan Fernandes, was appointed COO of Tiger Shroff’s Matrix MMA company in 2018. He is accused of raising money to run 11 tournaments in India and overseas by the intermediary of the company and to have deposited 58.53 lakh in his personal account.

Ayesha Shroff filed a complaint with Santacruz Police on May 3, after which Fernandes was convicted under sections of the Indian Penal Code for cheating, criminal breach of trust and other offences.

The police are currently investigating the case and trying to find Fernandes.

“Fernandes was appointed director of the MMA Matrix company in 2018. He is accused of raising money to run 11 tournaments in India and abroad through the company and filing 58.53 lakh in his personal account,” the official said quoting the FIR.
