In the 1300s, a prompter was a person who was very self-important, boasted, threatened, and made much of his or her grandeur, to misquote Shakespeare. In the 1800s, they were called braggarts, a military term for smug ignoramuses. Hollywood is full of them, many of whom threaten to leave America if Trump wins. Yours, let's go, good riddance.
So far, between 2016 and today, according to public sources, we have an impressive group ready to leave America if Trump wins, or commits to doing so. Don't get upset, but let's stick with it.
The Never America audience includes Barbara Streisand, Taylor Swift, Lena Dunham, Amy Schumer, Omari Hardwick, Snoop Dog, Samual Jackson, Whoopi Goldberg, Miley Cyrus, George Lopez, Raven Symone, Bryan Cranston, Neve Campbell, Ne-Yo and a a dozen others.
Interestingly, Cher and Jon Stewart, either secret admirers of Elon Musk or, like Biden, Chinese, have committed to leaving the planet. So, get the rocket ready.
In all seriousness, looking at this list, half of these people have no meaning to me. The other half I had forgotten. If they choose to leave for Iran, Russia, China, Venezuela, Cuba, Laos, Gambia, Gaza, Canada or France, making this their new home, no loss. As they say, that's life!
Take a look at what America has made sinus hydration an insult to these ungrateful brats. While criticizing capitalism, the limits of government, tradition and Trump's policies, they are banking ungodly wealth. On the one hand, good for them. On the other hand, be realistic. They owe what they have to America.
