Kannada actor Darshan murder case probe: Cops find iron bars, ropes used to kill fan Renukaswamy, sources say
The Karnataka Police have recovered several pieces of evidence in connection with the case. murder of Renukaswamya 33-year-old man who allegedly made derogatory remarks against Kannada film actor Darshan Thoogudeepa and his wife Pavithra Gowda, sources said.
Darshan Thoogudeepa and his wife, Pavithra Gowda, have been arrested for their alleged role in Renukaswamy's murder in Bengaluru.

ABOUT THE CASE
Renukaswamy was murdered on June 8 and his body dumped in a storm drain in Bangalore's Kamakshipalya area. Police learned of the killing when a food delivery driver alerted them to dogs munching on a man's body.
Further investigation led to the arrest of 12 suspects, police sources said, adding that based on their statement, Darshan and Pavithra were taken into custody.
Renukaswamy's parents were inconsolable after learning of the murder.
“He was my only son. He got married last year. I spoke to him on Saturday only. I want justice,” his father Srinivasaiah told reporters at Kamakshipalya police station.
