Small lot homes located at 1255 N. Beachwood Drive in Hollywood
A vacant lot just south of Sunset Gower Studios in Hollywood is slated for new housing, according to an application submitted earlier this month to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.
Vesta Custom Homes, LLC's Ruifeng Fan project, planned for a parcel at 1255 N. Beachwood Drive, calls for subdividing approximately 7,500 square feet of land to allow for the construction of five single-family homes.

KU & Associates is designing the proposed development, which would consist of four-story homes arranged in a row along a common driveway. Each would include four bedrooms, a roof deck and a two-car garage at street level.
A number of similar townhouse-style developments have been built in the blocks surrounding Sunset Gower Studios in recent years, such as a six-home project two blocks east at 1301 N. Tamarind Avenue .
