Two horror icons get stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame

Some true horror icons are honored with stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Walk of Fame Selection Panel announced the Class of 2025, with Halloween director John Carpenter and Freddy Kreuger himself, Robert Englund, among those selected by the committee. In either case, these measures seem long overdue, but it is certainly better late than never.

From creating one of the most beloved slashers of all time with Halloween to create perhaps the greatest creature feature in history with The thing, its impact on the genre is practically immeasurable.
