Richard Gere Joins Michael Fassbender, Jeffrey Wright in Paramount+ Series The Agency – Finger Lakes Daily News

Paramount+ has just announced that Richard Gere will join other Oscar nominees Michael Fassbender And Jeffrey Wright in the political thriller series The Agency.

Oscar Winners George Clooney And Grant Heslovhis longtime producing partner, will serve as executive producer through Smokehouse Pictures.

According to Paramount+, the series follows Fassbender's character Martian, “a CIA undercover operative who is ordered to leave his life as a secret agent behind and return to London Station. When the love he left behind resurfaces, romance is rekindled.”

The logline continues: “Her career, her true identity, and her mission collide with her heart, throwing them both into a deadly game of international intrigue and espionage.”

Gere will play Bosko, “the London station master with a storied past after serving as an undercover agent for eight years.”
