Hollywood offices unveiled at 6344 Fountain Avenue
In Hollywooda new office building Bardas Investment Group just west of Vine Street, it appears nearly complete.
Step at 6344 Fontainelocated at the southeast corner of Fountain Avenue and Cahuenga Boulevard, combines the reuse of existing buildings and new construction to create approximately 60,000 square feet of office space.

West of the West designed the four-story complex, constructed of cross-laminated timber. The building is organized into a series of distinct blocks, with 2,800 square feet of native gardens and landscaping. Exterior finishes include extruded aluminum material with a printed wood texture.

Bardas, the West Hollywood-based firm behind the project, is investing heavily in Hollywood-area offices, including plans for a $600 million redevelopment of the television center complex a short distance south of CahuengaIn the near future, Bardas is already building another mid-rise office building at 1200 N. Cahuenga Boulevard and recently broke ground on a large studio complex at 5601 Santa Monica Boulevard.
