The celebrations for India's T20 World Cup triumph are far from over. After a massive victory parade in Mumbai, from Marine Drive to Wankhede Stadium, the players are receiving love and warm welcome in their respective hometowns.

Several videos have surfaced on the internet, where Arshdeep Singh, Mohammed Siraj and Jasprit Bumrah were given a royal welcome on their return home. In the latest developments, Kuldeep Yadav, who played an instrumental role in India's second T20 World Cup win, also returned home to Kanpur, where he was welcomed with fireworks, dhols and music.

Meanwhile, Kuldeep, speaking to NDTV, shed light on his marriage plans and said that he is planning to tie the knot soon, but assured that it will not be a Bollywood actress.

“You will have the good news soon, but it will not be an actress. It is important that she can take care of me and my family,” Kuldeep told NDTV.

Kuldeep also spoke about the reception he and the rest of the team received after arriving in India.

“We are very happy. We have been waiting for this for a long time. It is great to see our people here. It is a great pleasure to host the World Cup. It is more for our India than for us… It was very nice to meet him (Prime Minister Narendra Modi),” Kuldeep told ANI.

Kuldeep had an excellent T20 World Cup as he took 10 wickets in five matches.
