Doug Sheehan, an actor known for his breakthrough role as Joe Kelly in General Hospital and like Ben Gibson on Landing of the nodesamong many other credits, has passed away. Sheehan appeared in three films during his career, starting in 1979 ten with Bo Derek and Dudley Moore, Victor/Victoria (1982) and more recently The Cops and Roberts in 1995.
