In a new interview with an Indian media portal, scheduled to air tomorrow, July 20, Fawad Khan opened up about the reports of his upcoming Bollywood casting, which is reportedly a romantic comedy film, opposite Vaani Kapoor.
Without denying or confirming the buzz, he told the interviewer: “You're still having fun. Again, there will be a lot of concrete so I'll tell you the gist, I'll share with you. How can I hide? (There have been discussions. Again, I will definitely share with you as soon as there is something concrete. How can I hide it)?

For the uninitiated, an Indian entertainment magazine exclusively reported earlier this month that Fawad Khan is set to make a comeback to Bollywood after eight long years and will share the screen with Vaani Kapoor, in a yet-to-be-titled romantic comedy that will be shot entirely in the UK.
The report also suggests that the title, directed by Aarti Bagdi, will follow the story of two broken people, who come together through a stroke of luck, end up helping each other and eventually fall in love.
Notably, Fawad Khan's last Bollywood outing was in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016), before the Indian Motion Picture Producers Association (IMPPA) and the Film Producers Guild of India banned Pakistani artists from working in their country after relations between the neighbouring countries deteriorated following the 2016 Uri attack.
