Short film shooting in Malta Montana is looking for actors

Hollywood TV series have been filming in Montana for quite some time now. If you haven't heard about the success of Yellowstone, I don't know where you're hiding. The final season of Yellowstone is currently filming in western Montana. They've been filming in and around downtown Missoula this month. They've also been scouting western Montana for extras for the series.

Yellowstone isn't the only film project that uses Montana as a backdrop for its story. If you're an actor or actress looking for something a little different. There's a short film that will be shot in the Malta area in early September. According to Montana MovieThey are looking for roles for this non-union film.

Filmmakers seek Montana residents

They are looking for people who live in Montana for the available roles. They are looking for characters that have a “small town” feel. The shoot will not last long and they are paying “per diem rates”, with no travel or lodging expenses. They have four roles to fill.

• Kendra– Woman 35-40
• Darren– Man 18-young 20 years old
• Lil– Woman aged 50 and over
