Killing Eve season three release date brought forward

Killing Eve’s season three release date has been moved up two weeks, which is sure to delight fans of the hit spy drama.

The BBC has confirmed that the series, along with Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh, will return on April 12 to help fans get stuck due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Killing Eve will be available on BBC iPlayer from 6 a.m. on April 13, after its premiere in the United States on Sunday, April 12 at 9 p.m. on BBC America and AMC.

Series three was scheduled to air in the United States on April 26, with the first trailer set to drop on Valentine’s Day.

The teasers reveal that the show picks up where season two left off – after Villanelle, played by Jodie, shot M6 agent Eve Polastri.

Eve appears to have survived the shooting and is back in pursuit of Villanelle.

And the photos of the set showed Villanelle dressed as a clown looking rather sinister and Eve seeming to have exchanged espionage for a job in a restaurant.

Fans were delighted when the series shared the news of the early release date on their Instagram account.

One of them wrote: “When everything is left and right, however, it is early. A miracle. Really.”

Another added: “Oh my god, it happened, it happened”

It has recently been revealed that Villanelle will marry this series – but it won’t be for Eve.

She will tie a Spanish woman but the day will not go as planned when Villanelle spots an old enemy in the crowd.

A source told The sun: “Marriage is one of the key scenes in the series.

“Last time things ended with the tension between Villanelle and Eve at an all time high, so the fans are hoping they will come together.

“But unfortunately, it seems that Villanelle and his Spanish fiancée are very much loved.

“The scenes that Jodie and her partner have already filmed include a large Spanish group and the cutting of a cake, before she spots an enemy among the guests and pursues them.”
