Dexter Showrunner gives details on reboot

Showtime recently announced that Dexter will return for a new 10-episode limited series, with star Michael C. Hall reprising his role from serial killer-turned-lumberjack.
Sadly, what many people remember the most Dexter is the polarizing ending.

According to Phillips, the reboot will stick to everything that happened in the original series, which means there has been no Jennifer Carpenter since Deb’s death in the series finale … unless that they don’t find another way to make it work.
