Dropkick Murphys back at the New York State Fair – News – The Wellsville Daily Reporter

SYRACUSE – It's becoming a tradition: Dropkick Murphys returns to the Chevrolet Music Festival at Chevy Court for the third consecutive year when they bring their exuberant Celtic-influenced punk rock to the stage for a show at 8 p.m. Sunday August 30. The concert is free with admission to the Fair.

"In 2018, Dropkick Murphys came at the last minute to replace an artist who had fallen ill. They then told the audience that it was their first show at a fair. They must have taken advantage of it because they are now coming back for their third The Chevy Court audience loved them, and we are thrilled that the boys from Boston are shipping to Syracuse once again, "said Troy Waffner, fair director.
