List of artists unveiled for the second edition of Downtown Rising
LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) – Downtown Risings executives today unveiled the lineup for the 2nd annual Downtown Rising.
Nationally renowned indie rock band Cold War Kids is making the headlines this year.
The special guests are Givers and DJ Digital.
Cold War Kids is known for their hit songs Complainer (2019), First (2014) and Hang Me Up To Dry (2006).
Early bird tickets for the Lafayette popular concert go on sale this Friday, March 6 via www.socialentertainment.net
Downtown Rising 2020 is slated to take place on Thursday May 28 at Parc International, in downtown Lafayette.
Doors open at 5 p.m. and the event ends at 10 p.m.
Food and
drinks will be available for purchase on site.
Downtown Rising is an annual summer celebration in the heart of downtown
Lafayette Introduces National Law to Celebrate Downtown Growth and Changes
of the year.
Last year, the inauguration of Downtown Rising featured The Revivalists, Sweet Crude and
DJ Digital.
This year, Downtown Rising is presented by UL Ragin Cajuns and produced by
106.3 Radio Lafayette and social entertainment.
Other partners of the event are Downtown Lafayette Unlimited, Festival
Louisiana International, KLFY, LUS Fiber and 103.7 The Game.
