Stateline Kids helps families do fun activities at home
ROCKFORD, Illinois (WTVO) – Ordering at home can be quite a challenge in keeping kids engaged and entertaining them while maintaining their social distance.
One statelin mother felt challenged and decided to do something about it. Local mom, Erin Sturm designed her Stateline Kids website as a central resource for parents in finding activities tailored for children across Stateline.
This site is usually focused on fun events that families can attend, but now Strum shares activities that can be done at home, such as a great Easter egg hunt 815.

“Obviously, our usual Easter festivities have to stop. So it’s just going to make them a little better the day they’re out and trying to engage the community,” Rachel Wilson said.
The site also features a new set of virtual playdates. Strum says local organizations make fun and educational videos for kids to watch.
